Was in the ER 3 times within a week and was sent home because I did not meet their criteria for admission, in other words, you must be actively dying or gravely ill to be admitted there regardless of how sick you are. Two days later I suffered a heart attack and was finally admitted. The nursing care was the worst I have ever encountered. I waited over 45 minutes for a nurse to answer the call light (average was 30 minutes) and finally a family member went into the hall and found someone as still no one had come in. My room was cleaned once in 4 days and the bed table had blood stains on it the entire time as no one cleaned it either. I will never, ever go back to this hospital if I have a choice. I don't care how pretty and big it is now, or how many billboards they put on the side on the highway touting how "Great" they are, the service did NOT get the same upgrade the new hospital did.
