I was a member for moree than a year, and when I gave my 90 day notice that I was moving, they not only can't find it, but continue to charge my account... I notified their headq...

I was a member for moree than a year, and when I gave my 90 day notice that I was moving, they not only can't find it, but continue to charge my account... I notified their headquarters,, they have all my info , but still insist on trying to charge new fees after I have left..such as ""business continuation..."" and will not stop billing the card I asked them to stop billing...This is not an efficient operation...I would suggest renting your own office in a nice building that does not involve paying Regus... more

Not A Good Temporary Office Solution 9/3/2008

I have just completed my 6-month lease with Regus downtown at 111 Congress. Great facility, horrible management. Pros: Nice Office Space Cons: Extremely Poor Management, Sneaky Lease Clauses, Terrible Customer Service more
