Great service and great work. Called them at 11 to repair broken door glass and also a cracked windshield. They found the replacement glass and were at my house repairing by 2pm same day. Very professional and discussed beforehand exactly what would be done. A pleasure to do business with. more

Great service, great guys! 1/22/2012

It was the day before Christmas Eve and I had a glass emergency - my windshield was cracked and I had to get it replaced ASAP. Every business I called (about 6 of them) apologized and said they were getting ready to close and there wasn't anything they could do. However, when I called Registers, they said they were getting ready to close but would handle it anyway! The two guys I met were really nice, even though I was making them work an extra hour (the day before Christmas Eve). They got it done quickly - within the hour, and the price was cheaper than I expected. I will definitely go back if I need any more glass repairs! more

Autoglass done right 3/7/2011

There are many ways to cut corners when replacing autoglass. These guys do not cut corners. In spite of the fact that their price was lower than some others they did the job right with top quality materials. I had them replace a broken minivan rear window and a cracked windshield. They painted the inevitable paint scratches from old glass removal to prevent future rust even though the scratches would be unseen and most people would trade the car before rust showed. They also disassembled the tailgate trim to get out broken glass chips to eliminate future rattles. The glass used is first class and distortion free. They were prompt and cleaned up after themselves. In short: These guys are experts who do the job right for a fair price. more

Great service! 6/9/2010

I had a cracked windshield from a flying object on the highway. I called Register Auto Glass and Bill the owner gave me a quote right over the phone (even though it was after hours). We set up an appointment the next week, I brought my car in a few days later and was out in about an hour! These guys really know their stuff - including everything you NEED to know about dealing with your insurance company! Hard to find professionals like this! 6/8/2010

I called Register's to have my windshield and passenger glass replaced after scratching them myself (long story). The staff at the office (Bill) is most courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I was quoted a great price on factory, OEM glass and scheduled mobile service. Craig the technician showed up promptly and was done in no time! Quality work and professionalism, hard to find those two words describing many in the automotive field these days. I can highly recommend Registers for your automotive glass needs, this coming from a guy who never writes online reviews... Pros: Great service at a great price more

Why go anywhere else! 2/4/2010

I needed a windshield and set out calling from my list of numbers. Registers was the first number on my list and the only ones that I called! They provided me with excellent customer service, the best price (they replaced my Lincoln winshield WITH A LINCOLN WINDSHIELD). They came to me and showed up when they said they would! My tech actually beat me there and was done in no time. I was so impressed and recommend them over all others more

Very friendly, knowledgeable and best price for the service 8/20/2008

I am a student at NC State and I had broken the motor/regulator in my driver side power window, everyone else that I talked to said that it would be at least a day until they could even look at it. I brought my car Register's at 12:30 in the afternoon, Bill went and picked up the parts, and I was out at 1:45 with a brand new and perfectly working motor & regulator! Not only were they quicker, but when I was quoted by multiple places that it would be a $300-$400 job, I got this done here for $200! I am HIGHLY satisfied with the service. They definitely go above and beyond the ordinary, and me being a student I greatly appreciate the service I got here. Register's has my business for as long as I live in Raleigh. Pros: Nothing short of amazing. Cons: A little further away then I had expected, but still within 15 minutes to anywhere in Raleigh. more

Totally Stress Free! 4/8/2008

Registers was super easy...when you call you get a real person on the phone and they came out the very next day. The work was done within 30 minutes and the technician came when he said he would. The new windshield looks great and the whole fix was quick and stress free. I highly recommend Registers. Pros: Easy to schedule, work done very quickly, good price. Cons: None! more

The Best in the Triangle 2/10/2007

Being in the automotive glass industry I can honestly say that Regiser's Auto Glass is the ONLY replacement company that I would refer business to. Their technicians are highly trained, professional, and neat. They handle insurance claims and are a preferred vendor for all major insurance companies. I have had ZERO complaints from my clients that I have referred to Register's, something I cannot say about other replacements companies I have referred people to.
