extremely rude customaer service. I called to make a payment on my husbands account. I am not on the account, but had tha account number and all necassary info- the rude young woman that got the call refused the payment and when I said ""Wow I.ve never had so much trouble giving a comapny money"" - she said if you'r going to be rude you can just call back...and then HUNG UP!!!\r
My husband has always had problems with the poor customer service but this is a all time low for any company! this will not allow a zero rating or that is what I would give
