Regina's Pet Parlor

Yes, this letter is for (chad and his friend). My name is Michael and I have used Regina now for 10 to 12 years and she has groomed not only a poodle but a pom and a couple of shitzu's for me. Regina has always done a very good job and charged me less than most others. If what I read was true and you did not show up for your appointment then why should you be put be4 everyone else? I would'nt xpect that treatment. Also I find it hard to imagine that your dog did'nt have any water, I have seen many, many times water in their cages..... The (previous owners) you talk about that owned it, didn't they (supposedly) have a bad drug problem, (the short one)???? I personally think that one of you just was in a foul mood and wanted to rip on someone who is busting their a** to clip your dogs hair and wash your dog... GET A LIFE!!!! Last I would highly reccomend Regina's Pet Parlor to anyone . more

We took our pet to Reginas recently and Chad you are right this place has become unclean since the new owners took it over. It was formerly called P&L Posh pets and they were GREAT!! We waited almost 6 hours for our dog to be ready and the rude guy at the counter is very unbecoming!! You can take people out of the trailer park but you cant take the trailer park out of the people....We have since found another groomer and chalk this one up to Lesson Learned. more

I love this place! We have taken our dog about 4 times and have another appointment tomorrow! Everytime I bring gizmo in they have him ready whenever I ask even if its 2 hours! The people are always loving on him when I come in! They treat me and gizmo with respect! Thank you for being a good company! more

Chad you made a appt. for your pom on the 24th of Nov. and didn't show then on the 25th you called and asked if u could get her in and I said yes and she was not there long before u got mad because I didn't put her before dogs who had appointments and as far as being clean if my place is so nasty then why did you bring your dog to me for 2 yrs.? We took our pet to Reginas on kingston rd in Shreveport recently and had been there a couple of times in the past when it was under DIFFERENT OWNERSHIP!! Our most recent visit will be our last. We took our pet there at 9:00am as instructed to do and about 2:00pm we called to inquire on the progress and to see when our pet would be ready, We were informed it would be there later in the afternoon before our pet would be ready. Our pet had already been there FIVE HOURS in a cage with appearantly no water, because when we returned home she drank her water bowl almost dry. The place appears very unkept,borderline filthy!! The staff there is very rude and extremely unprofessional. I went to get my pet UNGROOMED and took her to a more reputable establishment. I would'nt recommend them to do stray animals, much less an animal you care for. We will not be back!! more
