Reginas Bay Bakery

The minute I walked through this bakery's doors I knew I was in trouble! After sampling some donuts I took a dozen home to my family of four! Our favorite are the frosted persians which are cinnamon with buttercream frosting on top. They have slices of cake which is helpful as half of us like a chocolate cake and half like a yellow cake...all of us LOVE the buttercream frosting. Forgot to mention the delicious frosted sugar cookies and oatmeal pies...topped and filled with...buttercream frosting! It was a stretch for us to stray from the buttercream but were not disappointed when we did. The puff pastry, custard-filled Napoleons topped with powdered sugar are wonderful as are the fresh fruit tarts which have custard topped with strawberries,grapes, mandarin oranges and kiwi. The decorated cookies look too nice to eat but are next on our list to try! more

I am very disappointed with the poor customer service I received from Bay Bakery and looking at the reviews I see that I am not the only person who has received poor customer service. Megan was not very compassionate about the wedding cake order and I hope there can be some type of customer service classes offered so that in the future she can communicate to customers better. It doesn?t matter if someone?s wedding is six months away or 2 weeks away the customer should feel comfortable speaking with employees at Bay Bakery and I didn?t feel comfortable or welcomed at the Bakery. Please speak to your employees about the way they speak to customers. Words are powerful and so are recommendations! I am truly disappointed with the customer service I received at the bakery. more

I ordered a fruit torte after seeing Regina on the front of the Milwaukee Journal a few weeks ago. It was so beautiful I didn't want to cut it and the quality was outstanding. Fresh fruit, custard and the crust made a refreshing wonderful torte. I need to make another trip and try some of the other wonderful home baked items or for a special occassion!
