This is what you'd get if you were at a pizzeria in Italy. Might be a cut above Il Pizzaiolo in Mt. Lebo due to airiness of the crust (although we love Il Pizzaiolo too). Plus Roberto is there making the pizza himself - not some kid who could care less. The care and attention to detail shows in everything served.
Those who call this pizza a ""pita with simple sauce"" should head to Betos for a pile of extra cheese since that's what seems to make them happy. In our book ""more"" does not equal better. Life is too short to eat crappy pizza. Maybe Roberto's isn't what you crave when you're sitting down to watch football, but it's worth the trip to taste what pizza was like before Domino's and Vocelli got a hold of it.
Pros: crust, sauce, quality
Cons: parking, no wine store nearby
