Who says you can't get REAL pizza in California? Whether you prefer the New York or Chicago style, Regents Pizzeria will satisfy your appetite. Unlike the chain pizza places that get their dough from factories, we make our own dough everyday in a big mixer. We measure, pour, mix, and time the entire process. You can even watch us hand toss and spin the dough til it gets to the perfect thickness (or thinness) for your taste. We use a special stone-deck oven imported from Italy in the state of Treviso to bake the perfect crisped crust. You won't find giant refrigerators at Regents because we prepare our sauce, ingredients, and toppings fresh everyday.
