We lived at Regent's Park for two years. We enjoyed the location for the metro access. My husband worked in Fairfax, so his commute was not so bad and I took Metro into Ballston - very convenient. It's difficult to get anywhere from here on weeknights, however, because 66 is always so backed up. There's not a convenient Target or other big box stores unless you go out to Fair Lakes, and that's a nightmare most of the time.
The complex is well maintained. We lived in one of the elevator buildings, and the elevator was sometimes out of service but they would come fix it pretty quickly. We enjoyed having a washer/dryer in our unit and the kitchen was very nice.
They take (or used to) pets up to 35 lbs. Our dog was closer to 45 lbs and they never said anything. The weightroom was nice but small. The rent was not unreasonable.
