The doctors are nice, but the office staff is not very organized. Also, be aware that there are some things you can't have done there, such as immunizations. If you need a walk-in clinic for a quick fix this will work but don't use this as your primary care facility. more

I've been a patient of Dr. Ray's since she began her practice in Pleasant View, and I have loved her ever since. She makes you feel welcome; she hugs; she converses about your family...and hers. Most doctors I've seen are reluctant to give me more than a minute or two of their time; not Dr. Ray! When I need a shoulder to cry on, she's there. When I need to share a victory, she's there. When I just need to TALK, she's there.\r \r Just as importantly, she is an excellent physician. She's on top of everything and will catch even the smallest detail. She's supportive and will cheer your successes. And should you have a bit of a personal problem and do a little backsliding, she'll be just as supportive then.\r \r Dr. Ray is also eager to please and as accomodating as she can possibly be. She knows I don't like to drive long distances or across downtown Nashville...so she always schedules tests for MY convenience. I cannot convey how important this is to me.\r \r Dr. Ray's staff seem to be as personable as is she. Never had I had a bad experience in her office. \r \r Before I met Dr. Ray, I honestly would let problems go on for YEARS before seeking help. Not any more. I make and keep appointments with her, and what's more - I ENJOY my doctor visits!\r \r Dr. Ray is so much more than my doctor; she's a good friend. more

Dr. Lori has been seeing me since she opened. She always welcomes me with a smile and will spend as much time as needed explaining your condition. It isn't possible to find a more caring and professional Doctor anywhere! The other Doctors at Regents seem to be just as interested in their patients well being.
