My main complaint with the Regal cinemas at the mall would be the attitude of their workers. They are never in a good mood, rarely ever care about what you're telling them, and are just overall not in great moods.
I'm 20, and I have a buddy who's 19. The last time we went to Regal, we both had our Id's. We were going to one of the popular movies that was rated R, and the line was easily 40 people long to get tickets. We finally get to the window, hand our ID's over, and the 16 year old with an attitude gives us this smirk and says that our ID's don't look like us. We have to call the manager out and the whole nine, and it was an overall embarrising time, and not only that held up the line so that it was nearing the doors to leave the mall.
It wouldn't have been that bad but it seems something like this is happening to one of their customers every time I go there, and that is unnacceptable.
They also raise their prices regularly.
Their seats are "okay" but not to Carmike's standards. I have had three films inwhich the sound system has cut out in one area of the surround sound. Most people didn't notice it, but I did, and it was highly annoying.
I've been to Regal cinemas all over the West coast from Seattle to Pasadena, CA and this is the worst I've been to.
