Collin, my account executive, kept me informed on a frequent basis about my order which I really appreciated. In my initial order there was a delay in shipping however with the constant communication, it made it easy to resolve and the order was expedited once it was resolved. The delay was actually a result of Regal wanting to provide me with a better quality product than was initially prepared for shipment, so the delay was to my benefit and the extra effort on their part was much appreciated. The metals received were of excellent quality and the rate was very competitive compared to other sources. I will definitely be buying from them in the future. more
