Where to start, wonderful caring instructors. Kelly was awesome with my child. Sign up was far easier than other gyms in the area. They even messaged me a video analysis of my child's progress to my phone so I could share it on Facebook! more

Hold caution when selecting this gym as an after-school program. The program is extremely disorganized. On numerous occasions students have been left at their home school for more than 30 minutes past pickup time. Excuses have ranged from coaches calling in sick to coaches forgetting that it was minimum day and had to make the school runs an hour earlier. Planned homework time is too loud for kids to concentrate on work and monitored by teens more interested in talking on cell phones or posting to social media sites than providing homework support. Discipline is not the forte of the team. Rules are irregularly enforced; coaches often threaten discipline and don’t follow through. Positive reinforcement is not used. The gymnastics portion of the after-school program is great for physical fitness. If you are looking to advance your childs gymnastics skills you will need to enroll them in additional classes beyond the offerings of the after-school program. Kids are broken out into age gr more

Wonderful caring staff, enrollment was quick and easy. They are very forgiving of absences in allowing my child to make up a missed class. My instructor John takes the time to set realistic goals and expectations for my daughter, and helps me understand exactly where she is. They also do a very good job at letting you access your account online so that I can see my child's skill charts and accomplishments at a click! I like the personal touch but the automation is nice too for when you just want something at your fingertips. more

Horrible experience after giving it a few tries and we won't be returning. Rude coaches and rude staff and I've heard on more than one occasion staff members being rude to students in class. Perhaps the gym owners need to pay more attention to their employees. I don't speak to my kids that way and I'm certainly not going to pay someone to! more

Good customer service, my child missed a class because of a doctors appointment and I was given another class to go too at no additional charge. more

Instructors are well trained and very responsive to children's needs. My son enjoyed the trampolines alot, but what I really appreciated was the attention to safety and how to use them. more

I agree with C.P. This gym is terrible. We were there for several years, had several coaches and several bad experiences. The team coach is rude to the parents and the girls, the other coaches are really college students that have zero experience working with younger children. They make goals with rewards for the kids and change the rules half way through. There is zero communication with parents, they demean your children if they fall off the beam...make them do push ups. And we're talking about younger than 5 year olds here. Just a terrible experience and I'm just mad I didn't leave this gym earlier. The coach turnover is terrible. We had over 6 coaches in the same class while we were there. \r \r Find another place to take your child. You won't regret it. more

Reflex Gymnastics has one coach that seems to know what he is doing but he is a bully that yells at the kids all the time.The other coaches are all collage students that don't have the training to work with the children.If you need training in gymnastics for your kids keep looking as this gym isn't the one! more

If you want your kids to improve on their gymnastics and become top rated gymnast this is the place. Friendly , professional instructors. You child will learn a lot here. more
