Reflections At Summer Creek

The apartment is old and falling apart. The parking is hell. You will never find parking if you come home after 7, and I am not kidding. You schedule a date and time for a technician to come fix, they never come. They charge you outstanding balance for damages you didn't even make when you move out. You call in and complain about the balance, they tell you to contact the head office in WA. You call the head office, they are the worst kind; they avoid having an actual conversation with you, they say you can take this further to court. When you ask for any evidence of the damage that they charge you for, they say they got rid of it and don't have it anymore. I've never seen such unprofessional and rude people. Simply the worst place and the worst people. more

I love living here. I've been here forever and its great!!! The management is great and the other poster is wrong that they choose to drive a large vehicle is the problem. Save the Earth and buy a Prius and then you'll have a garage you can park in. Duh. Pros: Great place to live more
