The person that came was correct, the windows were clean (not perfect, but OK). There were a couple of bugs on the kitchen window frames near the glass and he didn't bother to clean them. I understand that probably it wasn't in his "job description", but I believe the difference between an OK job and an exccellent one is in the details. I also asked him to let me know when he was going to clean the basement windows so I could clean up the wells, but before I knew he had done them and said nothing.
