Did a good job on the windows and offered to have Screens redone- I thought it would be convenient- they said screens were too old and couldn't be redone. It has been 2 weeks ...

I have had Reflections for over a year,. They do our windows every other month with great results. The owner works very well with clients and schedules our service as we need it...he gives us info on weather for the days following the job so it is not wasted time or money on both ends...I would highly recommend this company for superior service. more

Incredible Work 1/28/2011

Timely, cordial and very professional are describe the Reflections Windows team. I own a historic home in the Highlands neighborhood and my windows get dirty quite frequently. I've used a couple of Reflection's competitors and they dont even come close. Not only does Reflections do a fantastic job of cleaning windows they pointed a broken skylight and defective seals and gave a list of options for correction. They have earned my business permanently. more

OK service, 11/30/2010

The person that came was correct, the windows were clean (not perfect, but OK). There were a couple of bugs on the kitchen window frames near the glass and he didn't bother to clean them. I understand that probably it wasn't in his "job description", but I believe the difference between an OK job and an exccellent one is in the details. I also asked him to let me know when he was going to clean the basement windows so I could clean up the wells, but before I knew he had done them and said nothing. Top notch job even in winter ! 1/13/2010

We have used Reflections for two years now. They show up at the time scheduled. They get right to work and work steady until job is done. We have a two story home and have over 20 windows. They did both inside and out on the windows and also washed and replaced the screens. The quality of the work is excellent and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top quality window cleaning. more

Will use them again as they did a good job and were reliable. Was a little disappointed that their employee swept dead flies off the window sill onto the floor and was a little careless with the window washing fluid. He spilled some on an upholstered chair and bathroom mirror. more
