Never Ever Use, Very Unprofessional Company. Wanted a quote on a gate, was dealing with Ray. Ray showed up 2 h ours early the first time. Had to call him several times to get the first quote. Agreed to the quote and wanted to schedule work, they require 1/2 down (no big deal) Ray was suppose to come to our house and pick up check. Forgot about us the first time, called him again, scheduled time and he forgot again. Need old gate down so work could be done in yard, Ray said that everything was good and we were scheduled. When Ray ""forgot"" about us again and did not pick up the check, I called to see if Indeed we were on the schedule and not to my surprise we were not. Called to speak with the owner Al, he never returned our calls. Called a few days later and cancelled order. more

Call Cedar Rustic Fencing Instead 4/7/2012

For our first home we purchased a privacy fence from Cedar Rustic. After buying our second home we decided to get an estimate from Reeves Fencing as well as Cedar Rustic. Reeves was several hundred dollars above the estimate that Cedar Rustic gave us. Reeves offered to match the price that Cedar Rustic was giving us, so we decided to go with them to support a local business. What we didn't know was that they were matching the price but not the quality of wood. Reeves had a cheaper white cedar that we looked at in their warehouse. We knew it didn't look good and wanted the other cedar. We assumed that when they matched Cedar Rustic's estimate that it was not only for the price but the red cedar as well (nicer product) since that is what CR was going to be installing. Professional & Reliable 9/25/2010

I have had two fences installed by Reeves and through both of my projects I never had any kind of a problem with service or receiving a returned phone call. My first fence was installed 18 years ago, it was a beautiful cedar fence that needed replacing earlier this spring so my husband and I called 3 reputable companies in the area and received quotes for a new tan pvc fence in our yard. Ray happened to be our sales personel from Reeves and we had a wonderful expierence, yet again, very professional and just easy to talk to. He was also very informative about the PVC product. They handled everything for us, from pulling the permit to calling to have the utilities marked it was such a pleasant expierence. I would recomend this company to any one and everyone. more

Unprofessional 7/14/2010

Same story: MONTHS that go back without the courtesy of a return call, appointments missed without calling, etc. I received an hysterical call from one of their young guys at home last evening about an invoice barely a month old. He was incredible loud, interruptive, profane, accusative and demanding. But the problem with too many uneducated "professionals: is that they cannot see the forest for the trees. In an effort to stroke his own ego he neglected to recognize we have spent well over $10K with his company - but will never spend a penny with them again after his amateurish stunt. The owner, Al, never appears to be involved with anything going on in his own business. (We've heard the stories...) All in all, we could never recommend these folks to anyone. It's like Amateur Hour if you're ever able to even get anyone on the phone. Save your time, money and angst and look elsewhere... Pros: Decent quality Cons: Noncommunicative and unprofessional more

I thought I was the only one! 11/5/2009

I have half down on a fence. the materials are in and we scheduled it for a time they assured us that the materials would make it in for. That didn't work. So , I have half my money down, I am trying to reschedule and NO ONE calls back to confirm. The guy's name is Ray, and he NEVER calls back when he is supposed to, how am I gonna get this fence done is the question when he won't respond. I don't recommend them, but if you're already in too deep, run from RAY. Pros: initial interests is prompt Cons: TERRIBLE response after money is spent! more

Good Product - Service/Repair not so good 6/18/2009

Over the course of 5-6 weeks - 4 or 5 or so phone calls and 2 emails (one with pictures). Every phone call ended with a Reeve employee saying they'll have someone call me - I'm still waiting. I have 2 gates that open to the alley - I need them both raised about 1-2 inches to clear a concrete walkway that was poured last summer. The fence was installed 2 summers ago. One would think Reeves would stand behind their work. I wonder if the local Better Business Bur. will have better luck in a return call?
