The Reef is a hole in the wall, one of many tucked in little cubes along Brighton Ave. You walk in and are greeted by a 30ish-year-old guy with a real genuine grin, and a little messed up eye. In the background is Lebanese world news, which he is always watching...that or some soccer. Their chicken scawarma and falefel are awesome and clock in around 5 bucks. the shawarma isn't big enough though, it always leaves you wanting a little bit more. I've had a few of their dishes, but I wouldn't recommend their lamb shwarma plate. You get a little too close to the meat...Something like that, I'd rather have a wrap hiding it a bit. Their pita and hoummus and veggie things are all good too. more
