I had received a gift from Reeds Jewelry store. The price of the ring was $2,700. I had brought this ring back to exchange for a different style. They tried to talk me into having it resized and the sales person really didnt seem interested to help me choose a different ring. I insisted to see some different styles and it was like pulling teeth to get some help. I didnt know how much the ring was and She then gave me a $1999. price range to choose from and explained that was the price of the ring I had. (it was actually $2700) I choose a ring that was $2900.(it was on sale but was not given the sale price) I decided that it was best to have my boyfriend to be there before I decided what to do. I asked that they take the ring back and they refused. \r
Not even for a credit. We had a 10 day return agreement.Said they would not take resposibility for it. Then insulted me further in saying that they dont take “repos”.. he had just purchased it and was told that he could return with a restock fee.When I walked outside the store to call my boy friend they all thought it was very humorous that I was so upset.. my boyfriend stated they treated him very nicely. But when he went in to deal with the transaction after they had his money, they were not so nice any more. Do your self a favor. Buy else where. They dont seem to have been trained that a happy Customer will tell a few friends. An unhappy customer will tell the world.Do your self a favor and dont visit this store. Its not worth the time. BUYER BEWARE!!!\r
