I had no hot water nearly all summer long. I called about two other companies that failed to fix the problem. The guy came and knew exactly what was wrong with my water heater. I recommend this company to everybody. They know what they are doing! Plus his price was even easy on my pockets. more

Had a good experience with Reed Boiler. Showed up on time and the price was reasonable. \r \r They didn't try to oversell us on anything we didn't need. Just got the boiler up and running. Will be having them back for a cleaning.\r \r Highly recommend this company. more

Not responsable at all ... my brother lost his day of work waiting for this guy. he said he was going to be here from 8 to 11 am... he did not eve call , then he said he was going to be here @ 3pm and finally came 8pm telling my brother he charge $85 dollars just to see the boiler a give an estimate.. i recomended this guy to my brother because i saw good reviews... but now i think those reviews are family or friends. more

FAST, EXPERT, FRIENDLY! 5/4/2011

I had a problem, by boiler damper was not opening and we were freezing. After many botched boiler jobs from other people in the past, I was so frustrated! I then called Tony and its the best call I ever made! He was fast and efficient and could tell me what the problem was within minutes! He was very thorough, explained the problem and solved it...and it didn't cost a fortune. Don't waste time...call him first! more

I called when my boiler broke down and it was fixed that day! Best call I've made in a while as it's so cold at the moment and now I'm warm. Pros: Fast and friendly service! more

Great Bioler Fix 1/12/2010

My landlord is having me write this since he is not very good with computers: The boiler in our building needed repairs BAD and wasn't performing like it should. Three weeks ago Reed Boiler Service fixed our boiler right the first time and was quick. We had hot water within a few hours. Thank you from all of us! Pros: Did the Job Right the First Time more

Fast and affordable service 1/12/2010

My boiler broke a couple of weeks ago during the snow storm...i couldnt find a plumber anywhere and although the guys at Reed boiler were packed they we're very understanding of my situation and fit me in....they came and had my boiler fix in not time...highly recommend them!! Great Repair Work! Fast and Affordable! 12/17/2009

I recently woke up freezing in the middle of the night to find out my my neighbor who is a contractor that my boiler had died. I called Reed Boilder Services and they arrived within a half hour in the middle of the night and had my heat on by morning. I thought this was gonna be a big ordeal and now I have a brand new boiler for the Winter at half the price I was being quoted by other repair services! Reed Boiler is top notch! Pros: Best Boiler Repair, Fast and Afforadble! Cons: None Found more
