Just a note to say, we had Reece Windows installed the first time in April ’08 and then finished up with the final 6 in October ’08. We had been pleased from the beginning with regard to the quality of workmanship demonstrated by Reece. As you know, the snow then left many without power. We had no idea when we would get our power back, but planned to “walt it out” or go to our daughter’s home. It turned out we did have our power restored with 12 hours. My main reason for writing this is to say that the temperature in our home never got below 63 degrees-and it allowed my husband and I to remain comfortable. We are definitely convinced that the newly installed windows played a MAJOR part in keeping our from getting any colder. As stated in a previous letter of April 08, we would highly recommend Reece Builders to anyone who asks. John Machelotti and his approach to us as customers made us feel very comfortable and confident with our decision. No doubt with the snow, it was proof positive that we made the right decision in choosing Reece Windows. more

I have owned this house since it was new in December 1977. The windows were the original windows installed in most of the houses in the neighborhood. We had been talking about replacing these windows so that we could save on our electric bill. We looked at all of the Home supply stores. One evening a man from Reece Builders came by and told that they were installing windows a couple of doors down from us. We decided to set up an appointment to see what they had to offer. Gale Anderson came out and showed us the difference in the quality windows that they sell. We were shocked at the lower quality of other windows on the market. Even though the price was higher than we thought, the quality of the product was worth the price. We signed the contract. They came to install the window. They introduced to all of the workers that came and they went to work. Everyone was friendly and polite. They protected the carpet and cleaned up when they were done. They were very professional in their work ethic. Reece Builders did quality work in a timely manner and we couldn’t be any happier with the service. They have one of the best warranties in the business and we totally recommend them. more

Ms. Gail Anderson arrived at home at our invitation to give us a presentation for Reece Builders of the latest windows systems being offered for installation. We found here explanation complete, informative and she answered every question we had concerning the product the cost and the installation to our satisfaction. We would not hesitate to recommend Reece Builders on the basis of the completion of the contract as recorded. The windows were installed in a timely manner and the crew was professional and completed all tasks to include a great clean up of the work site. Everyone was courteous and very easy to talk to. They answered all my questions. Marty and Jason were excellent! However the stars of the show were Larry and Pat, the installers. They were efficient, polite and helpful – and so cleat that I hardly knew they’d been here except for the new windows! They were also most patient when showing me how to attach the hurricane shutters (panels) on the outside, and even made sure my front window was covered for privacy when they were finished. All in all, I was very pleased with my Reece experience – all my worrying was in vain. Thank you – thank you! more

Reduced noise, dirt and radiant. Heat installers were efficient and finished 3 windows in a couple of hours. more
