They sent someone who came saw the problem in a reasonable amount of time. The person they sent was not condesending, explained every detail and pointed out what was not needed. He told me what was wrong without trying to pad his services. Told me how to prevent and maintaine my system. Did not overtalk or stay to long. was very direct. more

Very Professional 11/8/2010

The professionalism of this company was the selling point. Not one time was I talked down to nor did the person sent ever talk over my head. Everything that needed to be taken care of was first explained. The guy was on time and did not linger but finnished the job. He called ahead of time to let me know he was coming and was never rude. Quiet kept to himself and got the job done wihout adding on anything extra. more
