As a small, family business with 5 full time tax preparers who work 7 days a week from mid January to April 15, we process over 5000 income tax returns. After April 15th we are all in the office at different times during the week and are bombarded with phone calls, late filers, completing returns, etc. Due to the volume of business we do as a small business it is necessary to call our office to have our receptionist schedule your appointment very early in the season, preferably at least a month in advance. This client has been taken care of and apologized to for the delayed response on our part. We value our clients and our business ethics and try to do everything we can to give them the best possible service. I, along with others in the office, have clients we have been seeing for 20 years or more and have become like family to us. I believe that alone says a lot for our business. It is unfortunate for any business when a client or customer is unhappy with their service, but, we aspire to do whatever we can to rectify the situation. Thank you.
