Red's Oil Svc

Last year this company delivered oil then 2 days later came again and filled the tank. luckily, the oil only spilled outside the house but they never offered to come back and clean up after they initially cleaned up the spill. Also, they use scare tactics to make you sign an exorbinant contract price and tell you that you only have a week to decide and that the oil will probably go up again within that week. They are unreasonable working with you and you would think that after they spill oil in someone's yard that they would bend over backwards to work with you. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone and will do all i can to assure that no one gets stuck with this company. more

After calling and specifically requesting a leaking valve be replaced, they came in banged and flipped the valve, then said they fixed it. They left without replacing it... less than 24 hours later our basement was flooded. When they came out and did the replacement and I asked what the office usually did under circumstances like this, the tech said, ""Game on! Good luck getting any help with it from the company."" Like it's a game. We have a $500 deductible, and I lost a week of work cleaning up. We lost things that couldn't be replaced by any insurance. The office has been NO help. They have insurance, but of course, they haven't even considered putting in a claim to help us out. They are horrible. Pros: Now I know why they are so cheap Cons: They screw you over, completely more
