Been emailing David the CEO for a bit and been there before to look around. I had a 748 Ducati and asked if they might be interested in trading as I wasn't a fan. He told me to bring it on up and ""HE"" would take a look at it. I did so on a 103 degree day from norfolk and was given the service manager Jon and typical ""you need this and we have to fix this, Ill give you 2k"" mind you I wasn't asking for money. but we were establishing a price for a trade. David himself never dealt with me and I asked for him when I got there. I just left because i know the sales and trade in pitch to get stuff cheap and really... Thats what he was doing. I emailed him when I got home to speak my displeasure and was told ""I was pissed off because they offered me 2K"" (great professional vernacular). and so on and so on. By the end I need about ... Lets say 3k in repairs and long drawn-out crud to make it all real for them I suppose... look if you want an Italian bike be my guest but please go somewhere else!!! more

I have only owned and rode a dirt bike but have always wanted a street bike. I am a woman, and I am only 5'2"", so buying a street bike was a bit intimidating. I went to Redline and Jon helped me out. He was great at answering all of my questions and I felt no pressure to buy anything. It was great customer service, which is rare nowadays, and I am now the owner of a Monster 696. I wouldn't be surprised if my husband goes back and buys a new bike from Redline because of how great their customer service is. more

I brought my red 1996 Ducati 900SS to Redline recently and it had too many problems to list here. It had been sitting for over 3 years without running and needed a lot of work. They provided us with an estimate up front for what was needed and once we gave them the go-ahead they got to work. They constantly kept us up to date with status and parts availability via phone calls. They offered me 15% off on all the parts I needed because I was active duty military. I did not know this when I brought my bike there and that really helped a lot when the bill finally came. Excellent place to take your bike to. Be careful in doing business with Redline in Yorktown. Not a reputable business, run by dishonest owner.\r \r FACTS:\r 1) Redline has been sued by many unsatisfied customers since 1998 for unethical business conducts, breach of contract and violations of VA Consumer Acts.\r \r 2) Has been reported to BBB---Better Biz Bureau\r \r 3)Know in the ""biker"" community as the NOT to go place to fix your bike or service your bike\r \r 4)Took 6 1/2 months for a simple regular service/maintenance\r \r Save your time, money and headache.
