When I couldn't access internet, which I needed for business - I asked TWO different front desk supervisors for assistance. NO ONE ever came to look at the problem - instead insisting it was my computer - which worked just fine when I switched hotels!
The walls were paper thin - and as my next door neighbor was an actor with VERY different hours than I (on business) this was a problem. However, I couldn't reach a front desk clerk to complain when I called at 2:00 a.m.
Pros: room service good
Cons: service terrible, parking difficult, rooms in poor shape
