Today I went in to Redford Jewelry to see what I could get for a couple of pieces of jewelry. I arrived when it was close to closing for the day but everyone in the store was accommodating. They checked the pieces I had and took their time evaluating them. I had gone to three other jewelers, well known in the area, and Redford gave me the best price. I will go back to Redford. more

I'm extremely surprised to see the review above. I frequently come to Redford Jewelry & Coin to purchase and sell Silver bullion and coins. I have always respected the knowledge and professionalism of their staff. They have always offered more than fair prices when I'm selling, and at times I have bought coins much lower than I anticipated paying. The key though when selling or buying to/from any place is to do a little research prior to determine an estimate before making a transaction. Perhaps the gentleman that feels he wasn't offered enough for his ""coin / Jewelry"" wasn't knowledgeable enough about what he had.\r \r I highly recommend Redford Jewelry & Coin!! more

Not very good at picking out jewelry or know what I am looking for. I got tons of help from the Cathy at the counter. As soon as I walked in I was impressed with the store layout and the sales people welcomed me and were eager to help. I had no idea what I wanted but Cathy took charge and showed me a wide variety of jewelry within my budget. She spent tons of time with me and I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything. With a wide range of jewelry I went with a pair of Topaz necklace and ring. Cathy made sure it was polished up and gift wrapped for me. All I can say is WOW! From now on Redford is the store for me. My father is in to coins and I saw a wide selection while there, so my dad will be making a stop. I highly recommend Redford not just for the wide selection of jewelry but for the customer service, which is hard to find now days. more

This is a great place, they have great coins and their staffs are always very professional. My wife evens likes the place, the jewelry, not the coins. But the staff has helped her pick out coins for me as presents, and if she gets me something I already have they are happy to exchange it for something I want. Plus when I am picking up her Pandora gift, I can look at coins. Always good to me and the wife, definitely worth a five star rating! more

My 5 year old son and I stopped in here while we were in town for LEGO Kid's Fest in Novi. It's probably the nicest coin store I have been in so far. The guy who helped us out was outstanding! I should have grabbed his card. We will be making the drive from Lansing again to visit. Great job! more

My first and only coin shop in 5yr I've bought more than I sold .the old kooks bob and jack were more than fair every time with me and my 16yr old son we have a great collection thanks to them.i recommend them to a beginner like we were. PS.I also bought some jewelry for my wife and daughter very happy will always go back. more
