Have eaten at one in Maryland on various business trips & thought it was wonderful, so convinced the wife to drive 45 miles to the closest one to Atlanta for her first experience. Arrived at a restaurant full of empty tables, yet was told that there was a 45 minute wait. Instead, we decided to sit at the bar. The bartender made it obvious that she did not want us to sit there & continued to be surly and ignore us throughout meal. Did not even remove the dirty dishes from previous diners and did not wipe down counter for us to eat until our food arrived! Was told kitchen was running behind and it would be 45 minutes for food. In the meantime, we were entertained - we observed a table of 10 leave without paying because no one would take their check, the hostess have a crying meltdown as angry customers wonder why there are empty tables yet no seating of customers, the milkshake maker made shakes over and over again in same silver cup without washing cup between shakes, and all of the employees came over to make fun of their customers with ill-tempered bartender in front of us! When the food finally arrived, my burger was stone cold - so cold that the cheese did not even attempt to melt on top of it. The fried egg on top of it was so old that I was seriously worried about getting ill. My wife's chicken sandwich was also undercooked and inedible. My wife and I decided to cut our losses, eat what we could, pay bill, and get the heck out of there. Have you ever gotten the vibe at a restaurant that to say something about the food not being right would result in having your food tampered with? We got that vibe loud and clear here. Also - paid $3.99 for a ""bottomless"" raspberry limeade. When I asked for a refill, was told that they were out of limes and I should be glad that I at least got one glass. We were there for almost 2 hours and everyone was furious and unsatisfied. They have SERIOUS problems at this location.
Pros: Great chain with quality food...
Cons: ...just not at this location
