Worst Customer service! 8/31/2006

Having just moved to this area we thought we'd try a familiar eatery. Big mistake! We have been here twice and the service both times deplorable and sub -par. Thought we'd be fair and give it a second shot forget it, the service was worst the second time. The server totally botched our order and we sat there for 20 minutes with no water, Please!! Pros: Parking, great for families. Cons: service, getting your order right. more

Usual fare, great staff 6/14/2004

If you've ever been to Red Robin's, you know what to expect. As a family oriented restaurant chain, they are excellent at consistency between locations. This location at the Valencia Town Center has excellent staff. The two times I've had lunch here, they've been quick, attentive, and accommodating. Also, since it's at the quieter end of the mall, it's not always crowded like some of the other restaurants in the mall. Pros: friendly staff, convenient more
