Red Oaks does get plastered with visitors on Michigan's hottest days but still it's worth going to. Try the wave pool and the slides. My girls really enjoyed going with their teenage friends. Mom would relax and pick up the goodies from the snack bar. The price is right and everyone's happy!!!! more

Big, Big Slides! 9/28/2005

I drove by this waterpark numerous times while staying in corporate housing. About a month ago, me and two girlfriends spent the day at the waterpark - All of us put aside our adult natures and was a kid all over again! A++ for the slides, the fun, and the proximity to Meijer's! more

Fun place to cool off! 8/18/2005

This is a nice waterpark close to home. One of the best features is a "Soak Station" which is a childrens playground where the children must be under 56 inches tall to play and must be accompanied by an adult. (Kind of keeps away the rougher older kids when you have small children to worry about.) The Soak Station has a giant 6 foot tipping bucket so you'll want to make sure your small kids aren't underneath it when it tips because it is pretty powerful. They also offer a Spray and Play area for even smaller kids and toddlers. Of course there is the lazy river ride, big water slides and a wave pool. If you're an Oakland County resident you do get a pretty good discount. more
