Red Mountain is one of the few places that will serve a medium rare burger that is actually medium rare. Plus for a $1 or $1.50 you can upgrade to have a salad instead of the normal side. The Salads are excellent. I especially like the seared tuna salad with the Chinese dressing. The seared tuna ""burger"" is awesome and huge in size. The dinner is pretty good too but I really rec the burgers and salads above all else Pros: Great burgers and salads Cons: diff in prices btwn lunch and dinner more

Beyond the ordinary in cuisine and creativity 10/25/2006

Excellent salads, soups and creatively presented entrees. It is casual and the price is very moderate for such quality. I give it a 9.\r \r Wayne Hawkins Pros: Excellent cuisine, preparation and presentation Cons: Not elegant, but who cares? more
