Red Lobster

My family arrived @ Redlobster around 6:45p.m. The restaurant had a steady flow of guest coming in. This was a great sign! We were sat quickly. Upon being sat, our server was there very prompt, suggesting a drink order with apps. I didn't even think of a "top shelf long island Ice Tea" until she mentioned it. After the day that I had it was just what the doctor ordered! She also suggested a perfect app. The a lobster pizza she mentioned and said she often times orders it for herself. It was great even our daughter who does not eat anything like this. She got our drinks brought out our bread and gave us a tour of what redlobsters fresh fish menu going over the variety of fresh fish and the lobster selection. While she was doing this she was also handling several other tables, but you would never know this because she had time to answere every question and even paid great attention to our 10 year old daughter who was very picky. Our app. was out very quickly and was delivered by another server upon hitting the table Jen was there makeing sure everything was right and takeing our dinner orders she again made great suggestions that we followed .As soon as we finished the lobster pizza our salads were on the table. Once recieving the dinners our table was clean of all dishes not being used and fresh waters with lemons were brought to table. We had not ordered these and she stated "I thought you would enjoy these with your bar dinks." You could tell she was an expierenced waitress who enjoyed what she was doing! Our dinners were great. She came by and checked on us several times and brought another round of bar drinks. When we had finished she boxed up our dinners tableside. It was truely a treat for us. She then suggested two different desserts, and after her great selections prior we were listening. She told to try chesecake with strawberry topping and the chocolate cake we got both but we got them to go. We were so full. Later that night she had not failed us they were great. We went to a 4 star restaurant for our anniversary. This expierence was hands down better with you guys. Thank-you to jen and red lobster we plan on coming back very soon and asking for Jen and get even more suggestions. Go and ask for Jen you will not be sorry I promise. The server would leave and not return for 20 minutes...she was supposed to be getting us refills....I guess she had to go to grocery store and buy the drinks. Food was not like I ordered it. Steaks werent cooked at all it seems...still bloody when supposed to be Well done. Asked for more silver ware...was never brought to us....had to ask another server for help. When needed the check had to get differ server again to hunt down our server so we could leave.....at the broad st....we waited for 45 minutes after we had already finished our meal to see if server was ever going to bring our check. right as we were about to walk out she cam finally.
