Needs some help 4/5/2006

I love seafood and I use to love going to Red Lobster, but it has since gone down the hill. The service is always so slow lately. I waited at my table for my server for over 20 minutes, the manager did come over but barely did anything to help the situation. I like that they have that huge lobster tank in the front when you first walk in, it makes you feel like they are going to go fetch you a fresh lobster if you order one. Be prepared for long waits, ok service, and luke warm food. more

Horrible service everytime 3/21/2006

I have been here twice in the past six months and have been so very disappointed. Once we got sat, we did not see a waitress for 15 minutes. Then when she came by we gave her our order so we didn't have to wait for her again. Another ten minutes went by and we are still wondering where are drinks are even though I could one of my drinks at the bar. Our waitress was horrible and the mangement gave us a $10 gift card for our troubles, which we couldn't even use that night. Basically the same problem happened when we returned to use our $10 card. more
