I had dinner with my family and friends at this location. We had very specific requests due to diet restrictions. They worked with us to customize entrees to fit our needs. It was great. I appreciated their efforts and ability to satisfy our group of 10. more

Good place to go. 4/7/2010

Good restaurant. I come here often and when I have had problems the management has taken care of the problems. Although I have had to call them to resolve matters. I do keep coming back and enjoy the food more

Good food but don't expect a manager who can "manage" people! 10/27/2008

Don't expect a manager who knows how to "manage" people at this MG location. My daughter had a problem with her payment. When I called to guarantee payment "Brock" said nothing could be done although I live 20 miles away. I love seafood and Red Lobster, but will certainly go to a different location. And I'll tell everyone I know what LOUSY help this branch has. When will companies learn that they need good will among customers more than customers need their restaurant??? Fast service 1/9/2006

Have a large family and never have we had any problem with the service at this restaurant. Very good food and great prices. Nice family atmosphere also. more

Red Lobster restaurant 7/17/2005

This is a great eating place here in Maple Grove. The people are very friendly and thank us for coming. The seafood is excellent and the buscuits are to die for! They will substitute items to your satisfaction, as well as cook everything to your liking also. We eat there every week or every other week, for sure. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. PROS: Wonderful seafood! CONS: none more
