I want to give a shout out to the manager of the Red Lobster on HWY 5. Our son is in from Camp Pendleton on his pre-deployment leave and on a lunch with his new girlfriend, our waitress had twice showed an attitude, and yes they were really busy and I did take that into consideration. But there is a limit that even I will take. l will leave a very generous when there is a level of effort and respect served. This young lady just showed an obvious disregard of us sitting there for over 8 min without even taking our drink orders. I called over another young lady and bless her heart she was new. She tried and ended up getting the manager. He stepped up right to the plate and served us his self and even gave my son as many of those Awesome biscuits, and covered our lunch. Which, I did not expect or ask for. There was no hesitation or question of what happened, or how busy they were, he just stepped right up and did what he thought was the right thing to do. That, in my eyes was Quality and Assurance at its best and hard at work. I want to say that because of his hard work and efforts to salvage a difficult situation we had a very pleasurable lunch, and enjoyed getting to know my son's new girlfriend. I would recommend to anyone to go to that location. When we are in that area again, we will be back. I will even give the young lady a second chance. She did apologize by the way. God Bless and Thank You.\r
