Last week my husband and I ate at your site to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We were sat at an outside table by a window where you could even see the blinds inside moving because of the cold air blowing through. I ordered the combination King Crab and Snow Crab, costing over $20.00. The food cooled off rapidly, and I was left to eat crab and baked potato that tasted like it had just come out of the refrigerator. Of course, the restaurant was extremely busy, so we only briefly saw our server. At the end of the meal she asked how it was, and I said it was "the coldest meal I'd ever eaten, and that the window let in cold air. She said, "Um." She then left to give us our bill and walked away.I saw a woman, who may have been the manager, talking with diners at different tables, but even though I caught her eye, she did not approach us. Ask me if I'll ever eat another crab, let alone dine at Red Lobster. My husband only went there because he knows I like crab legs. Doesn't "custome
