We had used Red Lilly for a few years without any problems. Then, the sink in our guest room bathroom developed a leak where the drain connected to the sink. We had guests coming that weekend, so we called Red Lilly. A guy came out on Thursday, took the drain apart and departed, leaving a bill with a note that a replacement drain was no longer available because the sink was so old and recommending we install a new sink with new drain plumbing. He took the old drain piece with him, leaving the sink unusable. Since I had no ability to get out to buy a new sink and have it installed before the weekend, I called and asked them to bring back the old drain piece so I could reassemble the drain before the weekend for use by our guests. Red Lilly refused to return the old drain piece unless I first came to their place and paid the bill. We had had a good record with them over the years, always paying our bills promptly, so I was really taken aback. I told them they had property that didn't belong to them, that they were not authorized to take the property, and they had better return it, and then and only then would I pay the bill. They refused, so our guests had to go without a sink that weekend, and I never paid the bill. We will never, ever use Red Lilly again.
