We went here a few weeks ago, and were expecting something like the Red Knapps in downtown Rochester. In fact, it's quite different! It's an actual restaurant (not diner), with lots of animal heads and things on the walls. It was pretty crowded when we went (a Friday evening) and the wait was very long. We also waited quite awhile to see a waitress and get drinks. However, the burgers are excellent, as are the fries and malts. If we'd had more time it could have been a more enjoyable experience.
