POOR SERVICE 1/30/2012

We order from there a few times a week up until yesterday i placed a large order, the messed up on the order and said it was my fault and would not send the driver out with the sandwitch i wanted . when i asked for the manager they said that he was not in and then said she was and put me on the phone with a little girl ho told me to f*** off. Poor way for a loyal cust. to be treated very unprofessional more

I am never going in there again 6/6/2011

Several times in the past I have gone in there. I have given the staff my order , only to have them pu the wrng spreads on the bagels. Certain staff members were more interested in their social lives than listening to a customer. Today I went in to get some plain bagels for my mother .How can a bagel bakery be out of bagels(Plain ones )at 11:45 am. A disgrace. I guess it is frozen bagels for us. Imagine Mcdonalds being out of french fries, Taco bell being out of Tacos, or even Pats being out of Cheesesteaks more
