I placed an order for take out over the phone. An employee took my name, order and gave me the total. When my boyfriend went to pick it up, they told him that there was no order under that name. When I called and spoke with the manager (after verifying the number and location), he was offensive and unapologetic from the very beginning. I make it a point to be friendly with sales clerks and restaurant worker, because I worked for years as both. This was not because I was being unreasonable. He told me that his bartender ""does not make mistakes"" and that if an order was placed it would have been put in the computer. He refused to admit that they made a mistake and implied that it was my fault, as though I made up placing the order. He talked to over me, and cut me off when I was trying to clarify how it could have been my fault. He said to me ""you don't have to cry about it"" in an offensive tone (I was angry at that point but not crying). As a female I take offense to a man telling me not to cry, just because I am angry about unacceptable behavior. This is the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. I have never been so disrespected by someone in the ""service"" industry. This is not acceptable behavior for a manager of a business, especially in this economy when companies cannot afford to treat patrons this way. I don?t usually write reviews of places, but the way I was treated is unacceptable.
Pros: food was ok last time I ate there
Cons: the service, especially the manager
