Good food, OK service 6/12/2007

I eat here a lot and have eaten at Red Hot and Blues in 4 states so I know the standard. The last few times I have been there I have encountered people taking my order who did not know English. This has been particularly frustrating because I have gotten the wrong food several times, and having the order taken is taking longer than actually getting the food. The food is very good which is the only reason I continue to go back. more

Red, Hot and Blue 3/24/2006

Superb food and great service. They are fast to make it and the food is just outstanding. The pulled pork sandwich is great but the potato salad and mashed potatoes with gravy are even better! Even though they are always really busy, they get you seated and served quickly. Our order has always been correct even when we eat in a large group. more
