Angie gave me a great haircut, in fact I loved it. When I scheduled a second appointment online with her, I received a call telling me the day of my appointment she was double booked and would I see another stylist. I did and it was grown out in 2 weeks! I scheduled another appointment with Angie online with a not asking not to be moved to another stylist again. She emailed me back and said she is not taking on any new clients. Most people don't let someone know there is a problem. I did, and the situation was not rectified. Wish it was better a experience. more

Awesome highlights and cut 11/24/2010

Went from a swank Northville salon to this one in Canton, its small but quaint and service is always great and ON TIME!! Prices are great too. Angie, the owner is great and the other girls I see doing color and cuts do a great job also. If you are looking for a new place, try them out. more

very happy 1/9/2010

I've been searching for a new stylist for a couple of years now and had some not so great experiences (never go to Fouad's on Ford Rd! that was a complete disaster!). I tried this salon and the girl who did my hair did an awesome job on the color and cut. I'm super happy with the results and have gotten many compliments on it. I'd recommend this salon and Brittany, the stylist who did wonders with my hair. more

As a gay man I just don't let anyone touch my hair. I frequent Red Head Salon and love what Angie does to my hair!! She always cuts it perfectly and would recommend Angie, the salon, and any of the stylist to any of my friends who are looking for professionalism while maintaining a close-knit atmosphere! Rebecca, Becky, Lindsay, and Angie are the best! more

I must say, I have been a client of Rebecca's (the owner) for a lot of years. I LOVE the new salon!! I think Rebecca is doing a great job in this new venture. She can cut my hair ANYTIME! I have been a salon-hopper for many years, I have finally found my match!! more

not so much! 3/30/2007

I have to say i frequently will check out new places in the area just to see what's new around town~ I went into what was a very small & I mean VERY small salon, with what seemed to be 1, possibly 2 stylist working there, which I guess wasn't a huge scare considering that they only had 4 spaces for workers. But anyhow the stylist who cut my hair (the owner)- kept being interrupted with the phone ringing~there wasn't even a receptionist!? Then I checked out & to find that their prices to be EXTREMLY high for the market-when I can go down or acrossed the street for alot less, & get alot more~ I wasn't wowed ~quite the contrary actually & wasn't given any real reason to go back. more

Very Professional 1/13/2007

I have my hair done regularly by Rebecca H. and have been doing so for at least 8 years at several different salons. I have never had an issue with any sort of unprofessionalism whatsoever and I always love my hair. I drive 45 minutes to go there and am at the point where I can walk in and tell her to do whatever she wants because I completely trust her. It's a fun bunch of girls who are very good at what they do! more

Red Head Salon 9/21/2006

I was so excited to see some reviews of my new favorite salon! Two of my friends went there about 2 weeks ago and could not stop raving about their color/cuts so I decided to try it. (We all know how hard it is to find a good colorist). I want everyone to know that this salon is not just down the street from me...I drove an hour to get my hair done and I will definitely do it again! I LOVE MY HAIR!!! Becky H treated me like a queen and I left the salon feeling pampered with my hair looking beautiful! I am not one to write reviews but I had to share this beauty tip with all of you. more

This Is A Beautiful Salon 9/21/2006

I am a client at Red Head Salon , I went to Becky the new stylist from Ann Arbor. She did such a great job on my color/ highlight's and cut. I love how the salon is decorated and how everyone working there seems to have such a great time working together. I also found the prices to be affordable. Jessica more

Very Nice Experience 9/20/2006

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the salon, they are all very friendly and knowledgeable about haircare. I was nervous about going to a new salon but I have to say they catered to me and I've been back and will continue to be a client there. What a fun bunch of ladies ! OH MY GOD! AWESOME! 8/28/2006

I had this salon TOTALY change my hair. It was longer and brown to shorter and blonde, both Jenn and Rebecca did an AWESOME job and i had FUN. I have literally gotten at LEAST 12 compliments from people i DONT KNOW in under a month on my hair. I have never gotten so many awesome compliments!!!!!!!! If you want something FUN and want someone to actually CARE how your hair turns out GO HERE. That other person doesnt even sound like they are reviewing the same salon!!!!!! I live nearby this salon but if you don't it's SOOOOOOOO worth the drive. Their price was reasonable and actually less then a lot of other places I've gone. I give this one 5+ stars! For the record I don't know any of the staff personally so this is an objective opinion. more
