Larry Bennett, the owner/operator of this apparent one man show, is extremely unprofessional in all aspects from appearance to his communication skills, or lack of in this case. I should have know from the beginning to just let this one go. We show up to view the property, and he never showed up nor did he call. After 3 days I finally get a hold of him, his excuse was that he was sick...ok, fine, but someone should have called. So we reschedule, it takes about 5 minutes for him to show us the property, then he talked for about 15. Then, all of the sudden we might not be able to rent it?!?! What?!?! We haven't submitted our app and you're already saying we might not rent it??? Seriously??? Every time I spoke with him, he said that he would call me back, needless to say I did ALL of the calling, then the last time I had had enough, he was completely rude. If you want to rent out a place to live then you should be a little bit more professional with your potential clients. I would like to find the owner and contact him to let him know who he has hired to represent his property. more
