0 stars!!!!!!! My husband & I ordered sushi over the phone. When we picked up the food and made it home, we realized that the food was grossly incorrect! Obviously the waitress had not written anything down AT ALL, I should probably mention that this is the third time our food has been improperly prepared. Right away we called the restaurant and voiced our concerns to the waitress and the manager unfortunately they were unwilling to reach any resolution with us we were forced to drive back to the restaurant for them to prepare it again at full price and the orders still came out wrong The manager was unwilling to correct the problem and we were forced to go home with our incorrect order for the third time!! I have never witnessed such poor customer service and lack of concern and all my restaurant experiences. I will never return to this restaurant and would never recommend this establishment to anyone else under any circumstances more

If you have never visited Lakeland, TN, I'd say Redfish Bistro is worth the drive. We live in Arlington, a neighboring city, so for us it's a quick 10 min trip, but one I'd make even if I lived in Midtown. The menu has a nice variety for everyone in your group, even if they do not prefer an Asian venue, they have some of the best salads I've ever tasted. Their sushi is very affordable as well as most of their dinner meals. We love the take out options and go to their website and order something different each time we go. I'm an avid sushi lover so I normally get something new off the sushi menu each time (and love that they usually have some new treat to try that is not on the menu but on their daily specials). I also like that they have a website and I can view their menu and prices before going to the restaurant, that was the little bit of extra that had us try their restaurant, we could check it out online first. Their website is redfishbistro. And if you are wondering, no I'm not an employee or relative, I'm just hungry and remembering my wonderful dinner I had last night and thinking about and encore for lunch -mmmm. I love Redfish Asian Bistro!!! You guys rock!!! more
