Red Creek has always been superior to any other refuse removal I used previously ... I have used them for several years and have convinced several neighbors to do the same and they are all very happy ... still have 2 neighbors to go and we will have a uniformed pick-up day w/a local business not some national chain who could care less ... Good job guys. more

We were customers of Red Creek Waste Services and were happy with their services. However, when prices went up a bit and we received advertising from another waste management company, we switched to that company. The service was awful and after months of problems (often they didn't pick up the trash or recycle) we decided to go back to Red Creek). Life is fast-paced enough and we didn't need the stress caused by garbage or recycle that was not picked up and having to wait a whole week for them to come back to pick it up. We are happy to be back with Red Creek. Their staff is friendly, courteous, and the company is local. Red Creek gives excellent services, never forgets to pick up and goes above and beyond to accomodate their customers. We recommend Red Creek Waste Services! more

Most people don't put lots of thought into choosing a ""waste management"" company, but as a person who has tried multiple trash pick up companys in the past, there is more to compare than just pricing. I have found Red Creek to be not only one of the most reasonably priced - but they are also very personable, easy to contact, and very understanding and flexible when it comes to putting out ""extra"" bags from time to time. More than once, I even forgot to put out my trash the night before and missed the truck. I called the office, and they sent someone out special off of another route to swing by and pick up for me ~ no additional charge. (not that I want to make a habit of this). Anyhow, give them a call, I am certain you'll be happy. more

excellent service and recycling too 3/1/2011

Just moved into a new house and first time using private garbage service in 10 years. They have been easy to work with and provide recylling services too. (Only one of a few waste services that provide that service - there is a nominal fee - $2.50/month). It is worth our time to have them take away our recycling and it decrease the amount of ""garbage"" we produce. They will also take up to 2 curbside bags in addition to the receptable they provide. I have called them about questions and they have responded in a timely fashion. I prefer to use the ""local"" vendor instead of the ""big national companies"". more

local company. When you call you reach a person that will answer your questions and solve your problem. Never a gas surcharge like Waste management or others. I missed a payment deadline and they continued picking up trash. Finally, even though I only have a 96 gallon wheeled trash container, if I have extra bags they never complain or add an extra fee. Great Customer Service 7/29/2010

This company is fantastic to work with. I call them often with questions about recycling, what day they are picking up during the week of a holiday and whenever I need additional totes for recycling and they always either answer the phone or call me back within a few minutes. If I am late getting my container down to the curb and miss the pick-up, I simply call them and they will stop back by on their return trip without hesitation. Customer service never answers when you call and will not return your messages. There was a problem with the billing and instead of giving a curtesy call to resolve the issue they just canceled our pick up for this week!! In this heat can you say disgusting!!
