Red Carpet Air - Great Team! 10/31/2016

I recently purchased two new AC units from Red Carpet - everyone on this team including the owner has provided terrific service. I want to give a special shout out to Troy, who has been to my home a few times during the process and is always professional, polite, and does a great job both explaining and performing his duties. I am very happy I chose this company and encourage others to do the same. more

Excellent company to do business with! 9/21/2016

I was very impressed with all the repair techs. Very professional and high quality work. Tim was wonderful and very knowledgeable about what needed done and how everything worked with my warranty company. The price was very fair and included a lot of extras to make sure your system performs to its fullest potential. I would highly recommend this company! more

Great Service 8/13/2016

Our AC fan broke, I called a bunch of different places but Red Carpet Air took to the time to give me an exact qoute, they called back like they said they would which sounds like something that isn't a big deal but alot of AC companies say they will and won't. The tech that came out to house was friendly, explained everything clearly and finished in a timely fashion. Will be using them again. more

Red Carpet is five star service. Ted, Troy and Richard handled my problem very professionally. My rental unit needed a new air conditioner and since I am an out of town owner, their service was critical. Highly recommended. more

Good follow up and service 6/23/2016

Had a concern with rattle noise. Ted came out to see me, called about 30 minutes away to let me know he's en route. Got here listed to my concerns and trouble shot my concerns and so far so good! Quieter now and appreciate his prompt response to my concern. more

Install new Equip. 4/3/2016

The Installers were well prepared and put my equp. in while it was raining outside. They did such a great job of cleaning up, you never knew they were here. more
