Absolutely Horrible. Showing way too late, due to internal miscommunication, and absolutely not taking any responsibility for it. This company cost me a lot of money as we had to rearrange our trip due to their stunning non-performance. When escalating this to the owner, who did not feel any responsibility, it became clear that this a low level company's with no no sense at all for customer satisfaction.\r more

Don't really like Red Cab 6/23/2012

I thought that Red Cap company could be better than Yellow Cab company, BUT, in reality, Red Cab was not much different from what I expereinced from Yellow Cab service. \r \r Most of Red Cab DOES NOT accept credit cards(which they did not inform customers in advance; before), drivers are not that much kind(a few are kind), and they come to pick customers very very slowly(it sometimes feels like they never come!) \r \r I do not recommend this cab company to anyone--and some of my accquaintances already knew this fact. I hope people do not get hurt or west their money by taking this awful-service-offering cab comapny. more

NEVER SHOWED UP 7/24/2011

BEWARE! THEY DON'T SHOW UP!\r \r We booked this cab 2 days in advance to take us home from a wedding so we wouldn't drive after drinking. They promised a fair rate and to arrive on time. My boyfriend even called an hour ahead of time to remind them and they claimed they'd be there. Then, 11:30 rolls around and they're NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. We tried calling 10 times and NO ONE picked up. Absolutely ridiculous. We waited 40 minutes before being forced to beg a different cab that was there to drive us home.\r \r THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM. Don't use them unless you want to be stranded. more

Polite Drivers 6/28/2010

I got a taxi home, the driver was so nice and very polite. He said he was on parole, and Red Cab was nice enough to give him a job. I called for him the next time i needed a ride, but the dispatcher said he was doing 5-15... more

Great Transportation Service! 3/6/2006

I was in need of a ride, couldn't get ahold of friends so decided to call a taxi - to my surprise I got more than I bargained for; I not only got the ride I needed - but the driver was so informative. He had answers to all the questions about the City of Worcester. Worcester - I'll be back, and when I come - it's only Red Cab that I will call for my rides!
