Nasty Management 5/5/2012

The Management is rude!!! They will send nasty email to you if you don't rent to them if you wanted to look at their properties and other properties from other people within Oxford. Overall they have poor Management Skill. Also, Rude and very Discriminative. They lack a code of ethics in the business world. there is no need to send nasty emails to new clients that might rent or buy an house in Oxford Ohio. more

Un-Business like behavior 5/5/2012

They will send a email to you if you do not view there property. Their email will stated ""go live in the trailer court!!!!"" Very un business like if you ask me. Mind you that we where looking for a house to rent or to buy a house in Oxford. more

What A Neat Place! 5/22/2005

All I can say is that I was able to sign and live above Fifth Third bank, one of the best places at Miami! Four of us living uptown was spectacular and they really take great care of the property. I lived just one block from slant walk for under $3000 each per person for a semester. If I would have renewed the lease, i would have had a summer free of charge. Nice Company. Pros: Nice House, Good Location, Cool Cons: nada, zero more
