I was here bwt 6-7:30 pm. Steady business not rushed. 60/40 take out/dine-in so dining in had only one small TV, 6 rickety tables with tacky vinyl table cloths. No effort was made to decorate. My table was missing the parm cheese & hot peppers. Ordered a x-large Hector combo - canadian bacon, linguisa, tomatoes, onions, and covered with pico de gallo after cooked. The dough was fresh and the sauce was just right. The pizza was light on the cheese - needed another 1/2 pound. The bottom of the crust was perfectly firm, but the gum line problem arose once again. If they cooked it longer they would have burnt the pizza. No water pool in the middle - yeah. All they got to do is perfect their dough prep and add more cheese. The combo of flavors on this pie was an absolute delight despite the crust misshap.
Pros: pizza taste, no water pool
Cons: crust, cheese, service
