I just recently vacated this apartment. The community was ok, the people that you ask to service the house was very nice and accomodating. We rented the house the in the beginning of 2005. The manager at that time was Rose, but sad to say she passed away this year. We decided to move to another state. We were aware of the things that we left there for the cleaning like the oven and we were ok about it because we knew had a deposit that would take care of it. We got the check of what was left of the deposit. I called the apartments and asked very nicely about the billing put on our account. The manager,Natalie Dixon ,answered my questions very rudely and was telling me in a very ill-mannered way that she could show me the bill.I dont have any intention of seeing the bill but she could have explained to me nicely it would be just ok. If by any chance the owner of RED BANK RUN apartment reads this.. pls i have stories of people complaining of how this Natalie Dixon handles customer you would be surprise of how much complains theyve been having. I have lots of friends who live in that community and we all have complained of the same thing....
