My neighbor and I got service around the same time. We have both been having the same issues with them. My alarm went off for no reason and the police were not called. I could not reach anyone other than a service center that could not help me. I canceled service and my neighbor intends to. They are not a professional company. Pros: No pros Cons: They don't do what they are supposed to do which is protect your home more

This company is a joke. I was with them for several years and never needed them. The one time that I did, nobody was there for me. One morning we woke up to all of the lights in our alarm pad off. My step daughter opened the front door, and the alarm started blaring. We called the company repeatedly begging for someone to help us turn it off. Not one person could or would help us. They kept telling us that they were trying to reach the ONE AND ONLY service technician they had. They never did reach him. 40 minutes later the police showed up and turned the alarm off by cutting wires. A few days later I tried calling them to cancel my service. I never did get anyone on the phone, so I sent them a letter. Now they are calling me telling me that I owe them money because I was on a contract with them. I had originally signed a 3 year contract which had expired well over a year ago. Stay away from them and go with a real company. Cons: My house could have been robbed 10 times over before the police showed up more
